The prefabricated garden house Karina is delivered to the customer as a complete turnkey solution. The prefabricated garden house can be transported to any location accessible by crane truck.
The prefabricated garden houses and sheds manufactured in Tene factory of garden and timber houses are built indoors, which ensures the better quality of the prefabricated houses and helps to avoid possible inconvenient delays on the construction site (e.g. bad weather conditions).
Depending on the model, Tene’s set of a garden house with 40 mm thick walls includes:
timber used is 100% Nordic quality spruce
doors and windows from extra-dry (8-12%) glued laminated timber
tilt and turn windows with a glazed unit, including fittings
door made from boards, including fittings
double door with a glazed unit, including fittings
ceiling from 18 mm thick profile board
floor from 28 mm thick board
foundation beams impregnated in an autoclave
storm bars
fasteners (nails and screws)
